for male 27 for female 25 by this time both of them would be financially secure and mature enough to have family life

I think for girls 24 and boys 26. (That's the age I got married LOL)

I think mid to late twenties is the youngest one should be before getting married. I think until about 25 you are still experimenting with life and finding your footing int he world. Most people before the age of 25 can barely support themselves let alone a spouse or family. Plus you should celebrate your youth for as long as you can and not be tied down by other people.

Between 25 and 30. Any younger and you might not realy be ready.
