It means you were a hooligan when you were 13, hopefully you have changed your ways since you have matured, sure we all feel like slapping someone with an egg on their face, but we are mature enough not to do it.
Be well, my friend!

Fine some elderly people are great to know but this particular one wasn't, he was a mean old fart who ruined kids activities in our local area, he single handedly campaignd to the council to make it harder for us kids to excercise and play at our local park, because the park was closed down for being condemned after been repeatedly set on fire, which is strange because until he moved in the area there were no fires!
a right old fart!!

How horrible - what were you meant to do if not play in the park? He is probably one of those that complain children don't do enough exercise and sit in the house watching tv all day - yet trying to stop you playing outside! Ok maybe you had a point but still not nice! lol Hope you don't throw an egg at me! xxx

I know I know, but to be fair it was an old person who used to go out of his way to ruin everything for us kids in our area as a kid, the old grumpy twit!!

Ah, like the time I mooned mean old Mrs. Crabtree (the name was appropriate) when I was 5-6 years old. Hateful to us kids. She had a fenced in yard and us kids didn't go into it, but she would come out and yell at us to go home all the time. One day, I marched over in front of her gate, turned around and shined my little moon right at her...uncles teach children bad things sometimes, lol.

No it doesn't make you a hooligan!!
Back in our day it was the norm to be against the older generation and I remember on many an occasion I was rude and even told a woman to fu#k off once, but that was a part of being a kid.
Nowadays they are policed to such a state that if the youth even sneeze out of context they have an ASBO slapped on them.
The youth today are either mollycoddled by their parents or left to their own devises to such an extent they don't know if they are coming or going!!
I have just studied about friendship and now one in five teens do not have a best friend, what a sad state of affairs.
What have we done to our poor kids today. Our kids in Britain are the saddest out of all the 21 developed countries, does this not make us realise we have to let them be kids, explore and break a few rules without being politically told every action they do is wrong.
By the way do you have a few eggs left I can use!!!
The whole fulfilling part of being a teen is mixing with our mates and testing the law to a certain extent. It does not men we will end up criminals

Lol we used to do silly pranks like that all the time when we were young (and if I admit it I still pull silly pranks now, but usually on my friends!) Our favourite trick was 'knock and run' or 'red apple' simply knocking on someones door then running away! We always used to laugh when an old dear on a zimmer frame opened the door to see no-one there and all that effort to get to the door had been in vain - which looking back was really really mean, but we were only kids and didn't mean any harm!

No, I don't think so, you just used bad judgement. We have all done stupid things in the past, what counts is that we don't do them anymore. Honestly, I think everyone gets that urge to throw eggs but we just can't do that no more!
