Anybody know of any new recipes for chicken? We have had it boiled, baked, fried, smoothered. In a chicken pot pie and in a salad. What else you got for me?

Here's a really simple but super-tasty chicken recipe! Mix 2 parts mayo and 1 part parmesan cheese; coat chicken with mixture; sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 400 until golden brown and tender. Quick and easy chicken fingers...cut or pull boneless white meat chicken into strips. Dip in breadcrumbs or chicken breading. Fry in about 1/2 inch hot oil until brown. It only takes a few minutes and even my snoopy grandkids love them!

The way we cook chicken here is called (Stuffauw), it is really simple and delicious: *1 whole chicken * 2 cloves of garlic (sliced) *1 whole onion (thick sliced) * 3 long stem lemon grass *2 cups soy sauce *1 cup vinegar * Sprinkle of black pepper Throw it all together in a sauce pan and simmer until the chicken if fully cooked through! I hope you can enjoy this recipe as much as we do

Put a cup of raw rice in the bottom of a large oven safe pot, then put chicken pieces on top of that. Cover it with a can of cream of mushroom soup and two cans of water. Put the lid on and bake at 350 until chicken is tender. Also try this: Using boneless, skinless chicken pieces, put them in a large caserole or oven dish, pour a quarter cup of olive oil over them, then sprinkle generously with garlic salt. Toss the chicken to cover evenly, cover and bake.
