does too much coffee lead to insomnia

i had a friend in school that took coffee everyday so that he wont sleep and stay awake to read books. but after that he could sleep for four day. he asked me for help and i aksed him to stop taking coffee.

Well i experienced that thing too but not that bad. coffee really makes you awake.

in the coffee many kaffien that might disrupt your life in case too many drank coffee..for the drink all day long..he him was not good..the freind of the crew member ought to stop drinking..if very much-scale not why

The others are right. Your friend is straight up addicted to a known stimulant. It seems to me that this has gotten a bit out of hand. There is a USE of caffeine and an ABUSE of caffeine. I think your friend has stepped into abuse of the wonderful drink. He's not going to learn nearly as much when he's tired than if he sleeps a good 8 hours a night. If he is allocating his time well, he should be able to read the books in time for classes.

I have been called a coffeeholic, too much coffee cancertainly keep you awake as the caffiene is a stimulant. Too much caffiene can be quite bad for you too
