So I can get off the devils number 666 lol! Actually it's amazing how much emphasis we put on numbers. For example the opther day it was the 07/07/07 and people all over the place were running out getting lottery tickets and others getting married just because of the date....and could can ever forget when we went past midnight from 1999 to the year 2000, we were sure the world was going to end!

I know what you mean. I always get a kick out of people who put so much importance on a number or a date. It's just a number, like the one before it and the one after it. The only thing I was worried about on Dec. 31st 1999 was that my computer was going to work. I got all the updates I could but it was an old computer. Other than that I had no worries.

So, it is true that we are superstitious like that.
All you had to do was start another discussion.
I did not really pay attention to my number, I just post as I see fit.
The Hobart Mercury had a note on the front page of a lady who was going to be 77 on 07/07/07.
Big deal. Woopdee doo for her.
Is the big deal that she made it to 77?
No, it is the date on which it occurred.
The only good thing about it is that Americans & Australians write the date the same on days like that and 01/01, 02/02, etc.
