on our heads, He knows which ones fall and the new hairs that grow in. He knows every cell in our bodies then why do we doubt Him that He can take care of us?

I think about this often. Not in relation to him being all knowing, but when I think about how a bird finds it's food. When I realize how well He takes care of the fish in the sea and worms in the dirt and the animals in the wild.. when I think about how a parent loves their child. How us humans will give the clothes on our backs for our kids, it sort of brings me back to reality. If He can take care of all these animals, how can He not of us? If we can love our children so much more than ourselves, can He not love us - being our Father and our Creator and the one who gave us His characteristics of love. It's mind boggling! Yet sometimes I just can't help but worry about things and wonder things. But our flesh is weak and often forgetting. It's why daily prayer and daily reminder is so important, because us humans are so easily forgetful.

People doubt Him because 'doubt' is distributed to each and every one who allows that 'doubt' to enter into their lives. The 'adversary' puts the doubt into peoples minds and hearts any way he can, anyway we let him. The things we love the most are used against us if we aren't careful. "We don't fight flesh and blood...We fight principalities...". These 'principalities' come in the form of many things, always distributed by the adversary of what we believe to be good. Faith in a belief that God will take care of us in every situation is something that has to be experienced, every moment of our lives. It's like the switch on the wall that turns on the ceiling fixture. You know (or have faith) that when you flip that switch, the light will come on, lighting the darkness of the room. When you flip the switch off, the light is turned off as well. We know this from constant trial and error. Each time we flip the switch, the light comes on. Each time we flip it off, the light goes off. It's inevitable. Our (spiritual) faith is much the same. We know it's there, because each time we call upon it, it's there, unless we aren't trained how to use it. He can take care of us if we let him. Sometimes we just have to step aside and have faith.

God is a spirit you have to believe his word nothing else will work-only faith, then if you have peace then it is a life that will make one worthy.

i think it's because that sometimes, no matter how hard we try to be 'good kids' for our Father, crap happens to us. bad stuff, unpleasant stuff, big drama. and then we start wondering... why? i know this has happened to me alot lately. but i simply have to trust that He's in control, these things happen for a reason, and He will make a bad situation into something good. maybe not in the time i personally would like ... but in HIS own time. and that's what keeps me going. :-D

"for your Father knoweth what things ye need of, before You ask Him"..part of His "taking care of us". logically, then we shouldn't doubt Him. but i guess its in our human nature to fear of things that is out of our hands. or maybe because we want to know how and when He'll do just that. trust and wait. God never fails.
