If you really want to learn more English, it's better that you have professional help with online tutors, I do online tutoring if you want, just tell me.
Another is, one good way to practice your 'little' English is by participating at these sites like myLOt, this enables you to practice your typing abilities and grammar and spelling.
Another would be going online chatting in many chat sites around. One sample is through yahoo. You can go to chatrooms with those in Europe or US or any place where most of the people talk in English, and you mingle and talk with them.
It's quite easy.
