I think it's better if you report it with your service provider. I had gone through the same a few years back and they'd gladly return the load they supposedly "stole" if you could give them a proper information about the transaction. Further, try to advise them too to manually stop those transactions in the future. If you talk to them properly and politely, they'd gladly help you. Remember ...
