Dumbledore sacrificed himself so that the Order would have a spy on the other side. Anyone agree?

Spoiler alert. Snape is on the side of evil, hated Dumbledore and Harry and everyone. Quite enjoys killing people too, it seems. I know..I'm disappointed too.

I disagree. Snape has seemed to be trouble since the start of it all. Espically in book 6 he had a part in killing Dumbledore.

I agree that Snape is a good guy. I think that's why he had the dialogue with Harry before escaping with Draco in Half-blood Prince. What he said came off less as him being a jerk and more like he was trying to teach, to me. I think that Snape told Dumbledore about the unbreakable vow, and Dumbledore told him to do it not just to secure his spying ability within Voldemort's crowd, but also to keep the stain of murder off of Draco's soul.
