Who is controlling your family members

Its my father in our family who gives advises to all of us to go in a right way.Since we are all grown up now he consults us when taking some very important decision. even we get the approval from our father whil making some decisions.we are bound to act as per his advise and wish that to continue in near future too.My mother too coordinates in all activities but she acts only as per my fathers consent.
