How big is to big? Ladies do you have a limit on how big you would let your self get? Men do you even have any thoughts on weight, are you even weight concious? I myself feel like i put a cap on it. I give myself a 200lb cut off and have reached the 200lbs before i started to diet. Now i try to exercise at any good moment i get and am trying to curb my eating habits. Trying to cut down on portions are so hard because i love buffets. I love the variety buffets give me! I crave for all kinds of food all day!

For me, too big is where I am now. A lot of people tell me I'm too skinny, but when I have kids and teenagers asking me if I'm pregnant, I'm too big. I'm not, by the way. lol But I have the opposite problem you have. I don't eat enough. I usually only eat one meal a day and that's just as bad as eating too much. Especially now that I'm older and my metabolism isn't as good as it use to be. But with taking care of the kids, my husband, the animals, the house, and trying to make a few bucks on line, plus working as a substitute teacher I find it hard to find time to exercise. I need to get myself on a schedule so I can get everything done and have time to exercise.

Well Kudos to you and all those activites you do. It sounds like you already have a exercise routine. Kids give you so much exercise and i am sure we could all use that sweat busting heart pumping rush that virgorous exercise gives us. But i see alot of women with a gut or pot belly. They all have skinny legs and arms but when it comes to the stomach area its all outta whack. I have that problem. If i could only do about a 100 situps i think i would be happy with my stomach.

Yeah, that's my problem area too. Unfortunately for me the things I do everyday are routine so it's not much exercise. Like you, if I could do a few sit ups or crunches a day or every other day I would be ok and could probably get rid of the belly. But I can only do a few then my back starts hurting so bad I can barely move.

Stop eating junk and start exercising. Even if you start to do situps in the bed. You have to start somewhere! Also eat alot of small meals in the day! Not snacks but healthy things. Well to you it might be like having a snack.

I wish I was able to say ok I am putting a cap on my weight. It didnt work out like that for me. I started gaining and seems like no matter what I was going to gain even if I didnt want to. there was a long period of time in my life that I didnt gain or lose anything and I stayed put then I got pregnant and it seemed that for about 4 years I was nothing but pregnant which I guess is a good representation since I have 3 children ages 2,4,and6 and I had a miss carriage in there too. but during each pregnancy i lost weight instead of gaining and then after giving birth I gained all the weight I lost plus some. I think that 200lbs for a man isnt that bad they dont look heavey at 200 well at least all the ones I have seem dont but woman are different arent we if we are a t 200 lbs then we really show it. so 150-175 for a woman is a good weight.

Yeah i wanted to be 150 but now i think i will shoot for 130lbs. I am at 200lbs but i must admit i do hold it in quiet well. I look to be around 175 but really 200 hahaa. I tend to get that warning when i put my clothers on and they dont fit. Thats when i take my butt right to the bathroom and hop on the scale. Then i try to curb what i eat from then on until i am down to a size where i am happy and then i open the gates of the heavenly buffet and i prossibly eat it back! But food is up and down. I think i tend to eat more around the holidays and behave all the months with none.

Before I got pregnant with my daughter, keeping the weight off was no problem. Actually I went into my pregnancy a little bit over my ideal weight. I've been fat and I've been skinny, and neither one has made me any happier. If you love the person that you are, then you can be happy with any weight. Some super skinny women feel that they are fat and disgusting. And, some overweight women think they are the perfect size. So, ideal weight is different for everyone. When I was 160 pounds I looked very fit and in shape, because I worked out constantly. Not sure why it worked out that way. Maybe I have big bones! From a health stand-point it would be ideal to weigh much less than I do. But right now, that's not going to happen. So, I try not to beat myself up about it. I'm not super obsessed with being skinny. When I start using my stationary cycle again everyday, the weight will fall off. Till then, I'm stuck with it!

You have so many discussions dude I totally missed this one! Oh my god, I've always been a yo-yo as far as my weight being up and down all the time. I say, I'm not a libra for nothing, those scales were meant to be there for something. I always fluctuate, but hey it happens, and it also runs in my family. I've learned to accept it for a while, and then I decide not to accept it and make a difference. Ultimately, I want to be healthy and that's all that matters to me. Hell yeah to OCB! LOL.

Big is when you pause on every landing of a stair for a minute, well or you have a nice tube at your waist. Wobbly ladies are likely to die sooner, even dudes....common knowledge.

haaa yeah i seen a few folks with ummm speed bumps on there bodys. When i see someone with a medium size roll looking like they got a inertube goign around there body, well i get curious on how that all forms. At some point i know they realize its a problem, so how come they dont catch it in the begininng? But i am sure it all falls into its easier said than done.
