Gainpay - payout at $1 or $5?

I hit $1 and wanted to payout just to make sure they do pay. I am not so sure anymore. They sent me an e-mail saying I needed a verified Paypal account to get payout at $1. My Paypal is verified, at least through Paypal. Did you haver to verify your Paypal through Gainpay? I wrote to them 2 days ago and still haven't heard anything at all. What wonderful customer service!

I'm having the same problem. I requested payout at $1.38, and I got an email from them saying I needed to cash out at $5.00 for a 'verified' paypal. My paypal is verified with paypal, so I'm not sure what they mean. Maybe they mean verified with them, I'm not sure.
