I would love it if it was my mom or my brother watching over him. I've always been told, that your guardian angel is someone you don't know though. Obviously, there is no way to prove "WHO" it is-- but it would be so interesting to know. My son was also a 26 week preemie-- he was 1 pounds 11 ounces at birth. I had to have an emergency c-section with him due to prolapsed umbilical cord and incompetent cervix. I would LOVE if he could keep this 'ability'. I'd love if when he gets older, if he could be like a psychic and tell me things about our family that has passed on. I guess each person believes what they want about it. There are some days that I'm skeptical about it, but when I look at all of the details placed together, I don't come up with any other logical explanations. It's hard to believe in something you can't see or relate too. Anyway, if believing in something like this, makes life a little easier then I'm all for it.

I've heard of a third eye, but I never really related it to my son. I think you could be right. My brother passed away when he was 16, his name was Eric. If the whole thing is true, then I'm so grateful that an Angel chose my son to watch over. I want the best for my son, and if having someone watch over him helps him in anyway, then I'm so appreciative. Thanks for your post!

Thankfully, we have never crossed evil spirits....that I know of anyway. I do also believe that children/babies can see things that we can't see.

I wish I could remember what, if anything, I seen as a child. You are right though, we teach our children that ghosts aren't real when they are little, so after a while I guess they stop seeing things, or having the ability to talk to spirits. I am so glad he was found safe-- but how frightening! i couldn't believe the story when I heard it earlier. So glad he is okay though.
