E-gold problem

What's the problem with e-gold? I can't seem to log in to my account. Every time I open it, e-gold asks for pin. They say they sent a pin number in my email so I opened and followed their instructions. But after I entered the pin, "access denied and can't able to log in" is found in my screen. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

If e-gold asked you for pin it's because the ip now your log-in is not the same with the last time you logged-in. So for security reason e-gold send the pin to your email (Usually not so fast arrives). When you open the email the pin is usually like this ***-***. Just type it in the box. You've said access denied, well try to re-log-in again and let e-gold send the new pin for you, and enter it. If still can't then you can send complaint messager to e-gold.

I think there is really something wrong with e-gold. I've tried your advice but still it's not working. Thanks a lot anyway. Aside from e-gold, what are the other accounts that are better?

I just tired to login into my e-gold account and it succeeded. So I don't know why they don't let you it. Probably your IP have changed. You can change the settings in the e-gold account so they are not so sensitive on the IP change. I would to know too which are the alternatives to the e-gold. Also maybe someone knows what is the best, cheepes, secure wayt to get the money out form the e-gold?
