Hello fellow 'human beings', As we all know there are so many 'Gods'... or you may say so many different 'names' of GOD. Having said that, are they really different 'names' of the same 'entity' or really different entities... when we speak of Jesus, Ram, Allah, Buddha, Krishna. What do you think? PS: We begin with the assumption that GOD exists. Thanks all.

Hey....What do you mean by assumption that God exists, are you making fun of those who believe in God. Well my reply is only for those who believe in God....... Every Man who believes in God has one God and that God is nowhere else but inside his heart. Just like a new born baby automatically learns to say mother, every human being has a hidden God with whom he talks when he is in difficulty or when he is alone. So your God is inside you, now it depends on you what name you give him, Ram Allah, Buddha, Krishna all these are just names to talk with After all all these Gods preach same preacing so what difference it makes. Just be a nice human being and happiness will come to you by itself.

Thank you. I was not angry at all, I knew what you were trying to say. So you don't have to say any sorry. Have a nice day.

Firstly please know that I didnt mean that GOD does not exist and am sorry if I offended your feelings. I only wanted to mean that this question is only for those who believe in GOD. And I think I've similar views as yours. I liked the analogy of 'mother and baby'. Let's celebrate the spirit of 'human beings'! Thanks apsara60

I believe that there are actually many Gods out there. In fact, even within my own religion there are many Gods, and I don't believe they are all just faces of one Supreme Being, but rather distinct individiual beings with their own personalities, interests, and ideas. As for the Gods of other religions, I'm not sure it's relevant to my personal life whether they exist or not, but if they do I think it likely that they are separate entities just as my Gods are. Basically what I believe is that if human beings create a religion, and role for a deity, there is a deity somewhere that will step into that role for those people. So our knowledge about the Gods is imperfect, and based upon the roles they play for us in our own lives, not necessarily on their true natures.
