why nokia?

They have been around for many many years, And to be honest I have never heard of anything bad about Nokia...Thats the only brand that I have owned also.

I think the best answer why Nokia is the best brand is user friendly (the answer most of you gave). Even a newbie can use this cellphone without looking at the manual. Nokia is number one because they listen to their customers, and they incorporate in their phones what most users want. My first cellphone is a Motorola, and from experience I can tell you that a newbie will find it hard to use its features without consulting the manual. Ever since then i've preferred NOKIA. Nokia phones I've used: 5110, 6250, 3310, 6610, N70, 6150.

Well, I think it is user-friendly as it is easy to learn their features. Second, most of us have known it to be one of the first cellular brands taht has text message. So, we grew up from it, and it was only in the later years that other brands came out. But all in all, it's still Nokia that we choose.

It is because: [1] They are here for quite some time and people are used to it. [2] They are user friendly and easy to use. [3] They are most durable. [4] In case of falling, they are the most safest mobiles. [5] In case of any damage, the parts are cheaper and easily available everywhere [6] Their performance is excellent and people dont want to risk their money by buying cell phones of other brands

in my opinion, i think its because of nokia being one of the 1st mobile brand to establish a name here in the Philippines. and also due to the abundance of repair and service centers available. its hard to have a SE, moto or samsung phone repaired, not to mention costly, especially when you live in the provinces.

nokia is the most famous brand i say there is today. it's not that expensive. even low earning individuals can afford a nokia phone. plus it's very user friendly. the features can easily be mastered even by kids. anne

nokia units are user-friendly. even kids can easily handle all its dial and easy to understand. i think thats why they became famous.

I think because they're an established company. They've been around for a long time so everyone knows them, and they're a good company that offer phones marketed to different people. Some phones are only marketed for certain people - iPhone to a younger crowd, Blackberries to the adult businessmen, and so on. I always go back to Nokia after using another brand, my last LG had me wanting to go back to Nokia after a month's use! They're just that good.

sometimes it has something to do with what your circle of friends and family are using. influence from environment is huge most of the time. right now i am using a nokia phone but i chose because its cheaper for its features available than any other brands and units i saw in the market.
