Can you love something or someone and hate it at the same time

Oh yeah. Look at how many women love their abusive husbands but hate them at the same time. Same with children to parents. I know I have hated someone but loved them at the same time. It can be a big problem and hard to figure out what to do but it does happen. All we can do is try to sort out which is stronger and then go from there.
