January wedding

I am planning a wedding for January of 2009. I want to do like a Cinderella theme cause of the beautiful blues that she has with her. I love the idea of the prince and princess type of thing but I dont know how far to go with it. I odnt want to overdue it I think like do the blue coloring and do my favors,cake and table settings something to do with cinderella. What do yall think about this idea? I think it would turn out to be beautiful I just dont want to overdue it.

I think you can get away with the colors that you love, and with wearing "royal" style garments. ( At one point I wanted something out of Camelot,the movie ) My son did a renaissance theme, at an outdoor location with rock buildings. I would, personally, leave images of Cinderella out of it, but that is my thought, you need to go with what you and the groom really like.

yeah there is not really going to be pictures of her but more like the glass slipper and probably osmething with the carriage and stuff like that just to symbolize what it is about!

Sounds fun. I made my son's clothes. The guys in kilts bought their own. A lot of the people involved were part of a group that performed live sword fights at Renaissance fairs. I like the glass slipper idea.

i think i will do likea royal blue and even it off with a lighter blue
i thought of the glass shoe idea and i really wanna do it but it is all up to if i can find some!

Hi nickspinky. I wish you the best of the best with your wedding plan! Yes it's a good idea to plan it ahead and want to do it well. I personnaly love weddings that are done well. We do not have weddings many times in our lives so go ahead and do something that you will never forget!
