How do you feel when your friends say they are leaving Mylot?

I just hate it when I hear my fellow friends are leaving.
I must admit, I have made quite a few really good friends here on mylot, and I just hat to see them go.
Especially the one's who make me laugh.
I just found out some of them are planning to leave.
But I just don't understand.
Why can't they still come to visit for a little while?
Why do they have to just leave forever?
Is mylot such a bad place?
I must admit, I sure have seen alot of stupid referral links everywhere.
I mean, this is not a place to promote other money making oppportunities, it is a place to post good topics and discusions.
So for those who do, please quit and make mylot a better place so these people leaving will have a good reason to stay.

It's sad especially if you have made some good friends. However I respect their decision and hope to see them back again soon.

Hi Jennifer, I dont really know why so many seem to be leaving. I havent seen to many post lately about people leaving but I have noticed a few missing. I think some of it might be because of the summer weather and they dont want to stay inside all day. Some may think Mylot is just a big waste of time. I personally enjoy my time here on mylot but I know theres other things I should be doing too. Take care, Terry

I can think of several reasons people might leave: Their expectations about earnings may have been unrealistic. They don't want to deal with negative comments. They were being harrassed by someone. They no longer have the time to deal with posting. They lose their internet capabilities. They no longer find interesting posts. They are bored with it.
I guess if they don't explain we'll never know. I respect their choices, whatever they are.

Hmm..Interesitng question.I feel sad when any of my friend leaves mylot forever,from now after reading this discussion i wanna suggest them to come to visit for a little while.Some of the people in my friends list who regularly reply my started discussiona are left from mylot saying that they are not making good money here and wanna make more money that helps to live in.For this reason i cant say anything than saying goodluck for their future endaveours..What do you say???

i dont understand why people wanna leave this place, i would defly feel bad if some one in my friends list decides to call it a day....but again its their choice and i have not option but to respect their decision. I dont think they have to worry about what others are doing in mylot aslong as they are here for a right purpose. Lets hope that the people who leave will come back today or tomorrow

Yes, this is a realistic topic. I am sad to see some of my friends leave here. However, i respect their decision. But i think some of them will be back again. I have also been away for nearly two months becaue i was very busy those days. I came back again because i likt my lot. I miss it while i am away. We care, we share!

I understand if they deciede to leave. But then there all the ones who say they are leaving and just dont post for a couple of days. But always come back.LOL I do miss some of my friends that have already left. But I can understand why.

My decision to cut back on my time here was because it was getting in the way of things that I was supposed to be doing where I could actually earn a decent living. I guess, frustration played a part in the decision as well. I take a lot of efoort to make my discussions and responses interesting and humorous and no-one really seems to care. People would rather just answer one line questions about hair color, cats, and other such banal, overdone discussion threads.

I feel sad when I read a post of a friend that plans to leave mylot, I try to the best of my capabilities to stop them from going snd try to persuade them to stay. I tried once to leave mylot and bidmy farewell but, I changed my mind when one mylotter asked me to just take a rest and return after the rest. I missed mylot when I tried to quit for almost 4 days, I was not able to stop myself from posting again. And now I am bakc and very thankfulfor the one who asked me to saty. Thats why when I hear or read that someone is leaving, i do the same and try to covince them to saty coz mylot will never be the same if they leave.

Hi Jennifer,
I stated that I got to leave earlier, but I am having other issues at home. My wife is to the point, it's either her or the computer. I love the computer,but not that much. I've been neglecting my business aand clients are stating to go elsewhere. I cannot have that. I plan on leaving for a month or so to let the domestic stuff blow over, then I will return.
As for the other friends I haven't a clue why they would leave. maybe because it doesn't pay minimum wage for discussions, if that were the case this place would be jamming all the time.
I hope people would stay and continue to post great discussions. thats why I joined in the first place, great friends and great discussions. Thats why my wife wants me to leave, she's jealous.
