This is the biggest problem with writers today? Can you give us some insights on how you deal with writers block and give examples of situations when you have experienced this?

I think all writers have experienced it. My suggestion would be to write anyways, even if nothing comes to mind. Sometimes you have to force yourself to write... if you don't write anything, it's easy to fall into days of not writing anything! Try sitting down and writing about something that happened to you today. Or just write about your writer's block! How it makes you feel? Why you feel that way? Anything like this will help get you back in "writing mode" and get the creative juices flowing again!!

All writers experience writer's block. The key is to get yourself writing again. Some days you can feel like you just don't have anything to say or know where your story should go next. The key is not to linger on the problem, but just get the creative juices flowing again. There are lots of writing prompts that you can use to overcome writer's block. Getting a good book on writing can offer up some techniques to help. One is to just pick up any random book, write out the first sentence, and then make your own story up going off of that sentence. Then throw away the first sentence (because, of course, that belongs to another author!).

I write mostly about what I know, and since my life is full of inspiration, I rarely get writer's block. On the rare occasions when I don't feel like being serious, I'll come over here, look for interesting discussions and respond to those.
