It is my experience that if I am busy I will never find time for worries, there would not be any tears and since I do exercises everyday and in the absence of worries, I keep a good health. What is your view on this?

Well yes it's good to keep ourself busy in order to overcome tensions, tears and ill health. It's a great activity of doing exercise everyday .. and it seem to me that you are a very health conscious person .. Well that's so good .. You are infact teaching a way to remain happy by keeping ourself busy and I totally agree with your viewpoint .. this tension and worries won't give us anything and we get no solution out of this so it's better to involve yourself in some other activity.

This is a good discussion. So here a plus rating for you. Keeping you busy is good. But thinking that you will be able to keep worries and problems away by being busy, i think is not exactly true when it comes to me. If I have some worry, some problem, even though I am busy, I keep on thinking about that. I just cant forget something just because I am a busy woman. When I feel sad, i cry, may be i am involved with something else, but still my tears keep on coming. May be for a minute or two, i will just concentrate, but again i will go back to where i was. So SSH, this is simply me facing problems and worries. I do not want to keep anything in my mind and worry about it. I want to solve it then and there. If my hubby is upset with me, i want to talk or fight or do what ever and be friends with him again. Until then, i am not at peace. When i am worried, i dont talk about it, but in my mind i talk to myself, a mile a minute, and try to find a solution. When i see that solution only, i will breathe. What do you think about me?

Partially you are right. Life is full of problems, but one should take up one after the other in a sportive way and they get solved. If I keep in remote corner, the worries, I will not be able to perform well. I just a note book, write the problems I am facing and think that I have taken care of it. Then only I will be able to march forward.By just sharing with others, our problems are not solved, as many say. It is dependent on what kind of guidance and help you get from others. Ultimately one should learn to live with problems and like our breakfast - sparing time, we should spare time for solving problem. It should not eat our head all the time.

At the outset, you have elevated me to that level of maturity. Man keeps learning throughout his life and he can learn from younger ones too. REgarding problems I understand, but unfortunately only one brain and two hands and with that one cannot solve all the problems when it comes to us at once. I therefore said take it one after the other in the sense, give priority to one and take another one, giving a slight gap to enable you to concentrate on the first one fully. Thanks for explaining the realities of the life.

It will take time and years for me to be as matured as you SSH. As I told you i am not comfortable in sharing my problems with outsiders, whoever they may be, not even my parents. But sometimes, i am a little bit open here on myLot and this surprises me. Problems are neverending as you say and we should get used to living with them. But there can be problems, which are heavier than the other day to day mundane things, and those are the things that i was thinking about. That type of problems, if i get one, (i get such problems once in blue moon anyway, thanks to my hubby) i want to solve it before i think about other things. Thats good thinking to write down, but i fear if someone other than me, reads it, thats the end (LOL). I have another point, dearest SSH, we are in such a situation, we cannot take one problem at a time. When problems come, they come in bunches you know. So, if we take our time on solving one, the rest will go for a six. I can feel you laughing now. But this is a real situation. so, we are at the moment, juggling a number of things at once, diverting our attention to each and every one of them simultaneously. You'll must be having a peaceful life SSH (which I envy) but living in my country, is getting difficult by second. Anyway, we are strong and have faith in God. Thanks for your advise, which i value a lot.

Dear ssh123, Of course, what you write is 100% true. A man or woman should always keep themselves busy in order to avert unwanted thinking. Nothing on the earth grows so quickly as our heart can produce/grow. In case you think a subject, immediately you will find you are thinking too many things at the same time. Our heart can grow thousand thinkings at the same time. It is always better to keep onself busy in order to avoid unwanted thinking which is root cause for better bealth.

Yhea I totally agree with you thats why when I'm busy and feel bored,stress,worry and depressed. I used to keep busy with something, coz you will not feel the negative thoughts in your mind. Your mind will get busy on what your doing. And If your not worrying you feel free from illness and when you got to sleep it's a good sleep when your tired.

You can say that again, ssh. When you are busy in your life, you don't have time for those. Your concentration is all there in your work thinking about how to do it well, leaving you no time to worry about so much. It is sometimes the same with me. Happy working, ssh.

ya am completely agree with you .....if u r doing some stuffs and invovle urself in doing some workout......u completely forgett all ur tears, worries.and ill health but there are some moments when u cant ignore them .....they suddenly enter in ur life and make u feel cry.........after all ur sorrows ,tears .....are related with ur psarents and love ones......u cant ignore them ......they are vital part of ur life........but still its a good way of keeping away urself from problems
