what do u do wen u put on extra weight?

wat i do i get worried and start eating less but i continue dis 4 few days. but nothing ele u tell waty u do???????

Whenever I put on extra weight, I do make sure I get much exercise so as to reduce my weight as well as my body fitness. Exercise is a very good thing. It helps us reduce weight and makes us stronger. Thanks and have a nice day.

The only time I ever put on a lot of weight, 50 pounds to be exact, was during my pregnancy. I did feel fat, but no, I didn't start eating less, I continued eating like a pig. Hell, I was hungrey! I fortunetelly lost all my weight and am back to my regular size. I have an eating disorder, and sometimes I will starve myself for days though, for no reason. I know I'm not fat, but I just do this, I don't really know why. But, luckily, for the past few days, I have been eating regular, and I feel so good.
