Earning extra, talking process...

Okay the titles not that good but for those who are interested in sharing there process of earning extra or looking to do so feel free to share your opinions. :)
Myself, I've decided to learn new ways and find people interesting in sharing methods. This process happens on a site myself and a group of friends are currently building up and hopefully we'll be able to offer more advice than what we currently do. http://www.newbiegen.com is the link
That's how I'm planning to earn extra but I also come here to have fun. The newbiegen site will hopefully reward my friends and active members, without being selfish and keeping it. (i know they've played a bigger part) basically just rambling on but I know many mylotters have there own process and I'm interested in reading your comments.

For now the process of earning from it mainly starts with getting it started. we do have a contest which offers over $100 split into for prizes :)
We're not a paid site though, rewarding will be the main focus when we're actually floating. hehe right now I wouldn't want the site to sink but we do share knowledge such as building your own places to earn, even if it's just away to pick up a bit of $$.
I appreciate your comments, the forum and blog are the main sections. :)
