Do you always take a look at your "My Profile" page when myLotting?

I do. In fact I always do this first before signing-in. I can see directly what subject of my discussions I've started which has new responses. Also I want to know if there is any new comment from my friends.
When there's nothing new, I could do something else that's more important. But when I have ideas to post, or willingly to post any response, then I just go in.
What about you? Always do? Periodically or freguently?

I answer all posts from my mail, so I rarely visit my profile or that of my friends. I have kept notify on for all my friend so I get all the above information in my mail.

I did so. But since several weeks ago there has been no e-mail from myLot in my Outlook Express (and I don't know why, while it receives those from other senders), I just go to My Profile page. ~;;:::;;@"
