Midget hung Himself on Wizard of Oz?

I have heard urban legends that pretty much freaked me out, that a midget hung himself on Wizard of Oz and you can see it?? I searched for it on youtube and saw it... It didn't look that convincing, but I don't know. Some people commmented saying it was a bird, I think it does sort of look like a bird. Someone said that in the new version of Wizard of Oz they edited that out... why would they edit it out if it was just a bird? What do you know about it?

LOL...I think that someone has been taking something that they should not have been, and started having haulicinations...I have never heard about it...

From all the research i did, this is an urban legend and no one hung themselves on or off the set during filming. The "hanging corpse" apparently is a bird according to the studio.

It is 100% just a bird. You can clearly see these birds in other parts of the movie. It was probably removed from the newer version to avoid any further confusion.
