Usualy I stop thinking about that subject. And spend some more time with my wife and daughter. We go to a resturant, or to friends house, or any where far from that subject. After freshning myself, I use to analize what was wrong? And try to find out the solution. Belive me, it works.

In that case I would stay alone, and think if I were in his/her place, what would have I do? Many time it solves the problem.

When I'm sad, I play some fun music and dance. If it's summer and nice outdoors, I go for a walk. Sometimes I walk in the meadow and the woods. If in the winter, I watch a comedy or Martial Arts movie that is a happy one. Take care

Distraction usually works for me because I do not have to think about much at all. I find other things to do that will get me out of depression.

I get stressed out now and then but never depression. The thing with me is that I always believe there is a way out and I will do anything to find it. I don't let things or people get me down unfairly. Even when I was young I was poor student had no friends and always bullied, I always passed my exams either average or good marks and I never surrender to rich bullies. The only thing that stops me from fighting and working for my life is illness or injury. After recovery I will be back on track. Realize that you have the right to defend yourself and your loved ones. If you can't afford to face your problems, such as a bullying boss, while you don't want to lose your job, find another way. As long as you are true to yourself and everyone else, fear nothing. If you are afraid, you will always lose and bogged down with depression afterwards. In my darkest moments, this thought keeps me survive.

While I am in the state of depression,I will have a great meal and buy a lot of delicious food which I don't often buy due to the financial affairs then I will have a sound sleep, after the sleep everything will went on very well. Also I will do another things such as reading some books to attract my attention rather than thinking about the problems I have faced, this is called the divert of ur attention. Actually, most of the bad things that happen not so serious as we ahve expected them to be when the things past and we go over to the difficulties .Most of the time when we look back to the things that confronted with us they usually just not so serious as we think. It is us that magnify the difficulties .. I like this saying"everything happen for a reason"no matter what we faced they all a process of learning, they all the good for us to learn ,to learn how to be brave how to deal with the difficulites that..Don't u think that we can learn more from the depressions rather than from the good mood the success we have achieved.. All the best. Molly;-)

I have this show that I really like and that makes me stop thinking, it's not a funny show but it still makes me better because gives me inspiration. The show is called Midsomer murders and it's really great, it has beautiful scenes from UK countryside and it's very interesting so it kind a turns me off from the real world. And after it I feel like writing so I enter in my on imaginary world and everything just seems ok again. I had some really bad problems with my life last year so I think that that show kept me going on.
