I think you mean bacterial infection. It's like spring and we have lots of run off here. I suppose my well could be contaminated. But my husband and my other cat are fine.

I was thinking defatted chicken broth and rice. Keeping the food away from one cat and letting the other cat have some will be a challenge. Creamie is picky some times. Not sure if he would drink any flavored water with electrolytes or not, but I can try. Thanks and take care.

I tried cheese first off for both of us. It didn't seem to help either of us. But he seemed to get worse. Me it didn't do much of anything. He's dropped a lot of weight. Haven't heard anything from the mobile unit yet. Message I left hasn't returned.

There is usually a 2 week waiting period to see a vet here. There is sometimes a walk-in, but I've had to wait 4 hours during that and there is a sign,"No public restrooms." If I could I'd bring him. My only hope is the mobile vet, but they haven't called me back. So I'd have to buy a diaper for which I'd have to travel 8 miles and back, sit in my own $hit for 4 hours. When we had our own t...

None of the suggestions are working. He won't eat rice. He didn't drink much of the chicken broth. Now he's gone almost all over the house.
