How do you post video on myspace blogs?

I've done it before, and I think it involved pulling out the html code... However, i cannot for the life of me remember how to do it... Is it different for myspace, google, and you-tube videos? For the most part I'm not talking about finding these videos from their original source, but I'm talking about copying these videos from other users' bulletins. please help if you know how.
