"Is this piece an opinion piece of fact? " Now, you're gonna' have to forgive me for picking on ya a bit, but in light of everything discussed. Is the above a parapraxis (Freudian slip) or should it truly, truly read "Is this piece an opinion piece OR fact"?

Okay, a little late. ARe you still taking the psychology class? I got my bachelor's in general psychology after studying a lot of the social sciences and humanities. If ever any questions, hit me directly... All you need to familiarize yourself with is APA writing style, it's a bit different than MLA--the most standard collegiate writing style. Any other questions, hit me up. An intro. to ps...

Wow, talk about delayed responses. If I could send this back in time, I would, and I'd say, "get legal and financial dependence now, that will change everything." So meanwhile, how've things worked out for you?

"Doopey"--the dwarf whose quite often dooped? Just razzing ya. Anyway of all of the Disney-scandal related materials out there, so far I've found this one to be most relevant and reliable: http://www.bgsu.edu/departments/tcom/faculty/ha/tcom103fall2003/gp13/gp13.pdf

Yup. In a kind of a Buddhist sense, we'd get just about as close to knowing God as we could, if we could just shut our mind's constant chatter up. To put that in Christian nomenclature, that would be to truly practice that Corinthians styling of Love--"not judgmental". In a way the Buddha and Yeshua (I hate saying "the Christ"--my research points me farther and farther away from Pauline express...

All I will say without adding any of my slant to it, is to suggest that you look up and research Kazharia. Spend a few hours researching it--then your whole understanding of modern history and religion (and religious programming) will be utterly altered.

Not to mention some other great symbolisms (if I may use that word in the plural) in the aforementioned books. C.S. Lewis's masterpiece saga was largely about the Word of God, he was through code so to speak, invoking Christianity and the Bible... Lord of the Rings had other elements as well, culture clashes between the east and the west, and growth in the power of war's potential destructiv...

I stand behind your position 100%. However, where we disagee is in the area where you suggest that the truth should just jump right out at you... Maybe to you it does (or more likely so, usually does), and I'd add the same to myself and to most who are well-educated and capable of freely thinking. But that is attributing too much to and demanding too much of the average persons. Dave Mustain...

Kind of an update: I have let a lot of people know, including congress, political candidates, so-called liberty groups, what's up concerning Copenhagen and other issues... I just wish I had more time on my hands to deal with...

Why do we do what we do?

I've not posted in a long time. Recently I've been put up to the challenge of posting something in order to elicit a particular response, to be rated, if you will. That's a pretty tough challenge,...

Free-will or predestination--is their a continuum?

Anymore, I rarely know what I want to rant about, and frankly, I never really get satisfactory answers from my questions that I ask here--if anyone even bothers to answer... I did see an interesting...

Have you ever just wondered where you are going with your life?

I think I'm having a pre-midlife crisis... Sigh. In all seriousness, I feel rushed to do so much before youth fades completely away--and old age has it's grip (I'm 29). I'm still in school. I'm broke...

Anyone else notice that Obama is the same as Bush?

I suspect I'll get bashed for this, but I don't care. The War on Terror (so-called) is excelerating instead of being curbed, we're further in debt with a lot of bailouts to corporate bigwigs, civil...
