Is your headrest up or down on your car? Have you positioned in properly?

I was in an accident last Friday. 4 days before the accident, I had a dream. In it, I broke my neck because my headrest wasn't up. So the next day, I put my headrest up and tried it from the body could be slammed backwards and head could be tilted backwards suddenly angles. 4 days later, my car was hit from behind, my head snapped back so hard and fast, it was unbelievable. It stopped dead at the headrest. If it hadn't been for the headrest, I'm sure I would be paralyzed from the neck down. Right now, I have whiplash, but I'll take it. At least I can feel. I'm on a crusade, I want everyone to make sure their headrests are where they can be saved in an accident. Where is your headrest? It only takes a minute to save your life or your neck.

A great story for nature nurtured as you had dream before the incident occurred. And this is a good knowledge to sharing and thanks to you for sharing this safety precaution story. Yeah for sure, it alerts me and I will ensure the head rest in straight up position before and while driving. And again thanks a lot.

Thanks, if I save one person's neck today, despite the fact that I'm in pain while writing/responding, it will be worth it for me. Glad to alert you. Hope you do remember to ensure that the head rest is in the best position for you while you're driving. You're welcome.

My headrest is always up. Not that it would do any good, I am a little shorter than it, and I always recline forward. I also wear my seatbelt which also has a lap belt and the door is also locked.
