Solar lights

Yesterday my hubby put some lights around my garden and he didnt have enough to do around the walkway. I really wanted some near the walkway because its so dark out here and even with the light on from the house its still dark. So I forced myself to go out shopping to get some solar lights.hehehehe You know how I hate to shop!LOL Ya right.LOL So I got the solar lights and they work great and I dont have hook them up for electric. Do you have any solar lights outside?

As a matter of fact,I do......they also line my walkway and I have them on the backyard fence so that when the kids are out there playing,you don't have to use your electricity to light the yard.....i also find that the bugs aren't attracted to them like they are to normal lights

No Sweetie I haven't I never had them but I think they look wonderful
I will not say to much as you might get targeted for being my Friend and yes I will say it in the open
I will not be responding a lot anymore to my Friends as I do not want them targeted because they are my Friends I will leave at the end of the month here

I di have them for about a week- unfortunately we have this huge tree infront of our house and they did not get enough sun to really light up with just the morning sun so we took them back. I wish they would have worked for me cause in the winter it is so dark when i get home I have trouble seeing the stairs and getting my key in the door. We had thought about cutting down the tree - but it's so pretty and keeps the house cool.

I always want some solar light to use but i do not have one yet. This year i have signed up somewhere they says they kind of promote the solar light and if i can join as affiliate. They are going to give some free decorative solar lamp for joining. I love to shop but as they are going to give some, i am not going to buy now, so i will use them probably as soon as i get them

Hi TerryZ! I have been wanting to have solar lights on our garden but never purchased any...because the solar lights are really expensive here. Maybe when I would be earning a lot here, I would be able to buy a few...probably after 2 years.LOL! Have a nice day and take care!

I have two sets of solar lights and love them. I have a set of four pushed into the ground in the front garden to light the path at night and the other set are in the back garden to light the patio and a couple of dark corners too.

yes, i sure know how you hate shopping.hahahaha. I used to have the solar lights at my last house, but havent at this one. they were good though. Its also good that it isnt going to cost with electricity. Do hope the shopping wasnt tooo hard on you.

hey terry, good for you, you got what you really wanted. We don't have solar lights, but i think it would be wonderful to have.
