Do you judge a book by it's cover?

I have a lot of tattoo's myself. And I come across a lot of people who judge me just by my looks. They usually think I am very uneducated or they act like they are better than me. What is your point of view, do you ever judge a person on how they look.

Unfortunately I do. I try not but sometimes I can't help it. Like some of the friends I've made over the years at first they seemed mean, crazy, they looked like slackers, or just plain weird. But after meeting and talking with them all of it was true (no I'm joking) but they were very cool and great people. I know this one guy I will never forget he wore braces and looked a little off but he had this amazing singing voice and he was actually cool person.

well, the first image is always created by the looks.that's as simple as the speed of light being faster than sound.when you meet a person the first projection of his\her personality is always given by his\her looks.body language does speak a lot.in big interviews you have people specially ensigned to look at the interviewee's appearnace, mannerisms, gestures and expressions. even our evolution has given us the potential to slightly judge a person by his\her looks.animals, indeed, use it quite often to evade their predators. BUT the final impression is always made thru thorough assessment.afterall,an interview board does have other members too!!and they are not all their to look at you.

i hate to say it, but people judge other people within the first 3 seconds on meeting them...and i think that even though people say they dont judge, they do.

I try not to and the older I get the less I do. Sometimes I admit that yes I do judge and then I realize I am doing that and stop judging and try to get to know the person. I have been on the receiving end of being judged by my cover so often myself and I figure that those who judge me without knowing me are people I don't want in my life anyway.

Its important for the majority how looks like a person from outside. I dont care how look a person outside. There are walking down the streets a lot of people with suits, nice dresses and they are thieves, criminals, falses people, so you understand what i mean. Its important to value the perso, like they really are, not of how they looks. Thant my opinion.
