what are some of the things you do to relieve stress?

I know some people eat, smoke, listen to music or different other things. What do you do to keep from losing it? With me, I like to listen to my favorite songs and sing along. I like to write my problems down in a journal or write poetry. Sometimes I just like to sit in the quiet and think. What do you do?

To relieve stress, I would stay in my peaceful bedroom and read a good book. I like to listen to my music also. Lately, I am inspired by those jazzy, somehow inspiring songs, like "land of the loving" by david benoit. It lifts my mood. I also like to take a long bath with great smelling shower gel. After taking a bath, I would feel relaxed.

I love to read, listen to music, perhaps take a walk or drive. If it's bothering me, then I'm praying about it, which I feel is a good thing to do.

Praying is the best thing to do and it does put you at peace when you are doing the right thing. I also like taking long drives as well.

Oh I just send my boyfriend back home again if I get stressed, as usually he is the one stressing me out!!! lol only kidding ok being serious now I love dancing and have done so from an early age so anytime i need to get away from it all I tend to throw myself right back into dancing it makes me feel good and soon helps me relax xxx

That is great, I feel your pain about the boyfriend stressing you out, mine does too. Unfortunately we live together and I can't send him home like back in the day...lol!!! :) But I still love him...
