Hi rjl1989, Thank you for commenting and we agree. Depending on height etc, I think 150 lbs might be a better weight for a healthy male. As one ages it is easy to put on extra weight unless one keeps active.I think that both walking and swimming are among the best exercises. Blessings.

Hi Baluyadav, Trees are living things and we should only cut them when it is necessary. We have done a very poor job of looking after the planet with destruction everywhere as if there were no tomorrow, and maybe there won't be. Many trees especially have been here for a long time. Blessings.
