how many pillows do you have to sleep with?

i have to sleep with one...but with one behind it...im differnt!

One pillow is just fine for me, although it's time for a new one. My pillow is flat, ugh! I sometimes wake up with neck aches.

2 behind my head and one between my knees, the leg pillow I added when I was pregnant and now I cannot sleep without it.

Right now, I have three pillows. I feel like I'm suffocating when I lie flat.
