what would you do if you won your local lottery jackpot?

I know if I won, first I would pay off and up all my bills. Get all my student loans paid off. I would have a home built whereever I chose. I would give a generous amount to my immediate family and close friends. Then I would donate a huge chunk of it to a local organization. Save a chunk of it, and invest the rest maybe into a business or something. But almost half of it would go to help schools or something to do with children to better themselves. I would take out some and just travel for awhile after that. What would you do if you won? would you blow it all, go on a huge shopping spree, or anything else?

Since I rarely buy a ticket, its unlikely that I'll ever win. If I do buy and win sometime, I'll share with my family, probably build a new home and buy a new car, I would also give some to charity. The remainder I would put an account and draw a salary every month.

I would give each of my parents a good amount of money. I would give my little brother and sister some money to buy what ever they want. I would put a huge portion of it in an account I wouldn't be able to withdraw from so I don't spend it all end up in debt like a lot of idiots. I would buy what I really want and just leave the rest for stuff that comes up.

That's exactly what I wouldn't want to happen to me. I read an article a while back about people who had won millions in the lottery and were now broke. I don't understand how that happens.
