I am a stay home mom and have been for th epast 4-5yrs. I have been looking for a LEGIT job that I can do from home and all I keep coming up with are either scams, home businesses you have to invest into or the paid to click sites. I know there are real jobs that can be done from home available out there but I am not finding them at all. Does any one know where I can find a REAL home job and not a paid to click or snythong I have to pay to sign up. BTW I am already a member of Treasure Trooper and a bunch of paid to click sites I dont want to hear about any others.

You think that's bad, I live in South Africa, 99% of these sites you're talking about don't even support my country or only pay out with PayPal!! PayPal don't work in South Africa!!!!!

I actually did a phone job for a short while. It just wasn't for me. Someone calls the company and the company sends it to your phone and you answer and read the script off your computer and type in all their info and what they want to buy. I didn't like it because some people were very mean and some people even say nasty stuff to you on there. I know you are going to get that with certain jobs but I just didn't want to deal with it. You are supposed to read the whole script and some people would get mad before I finished the script because they didn't want to hear what I was saying and they would tell me so. It just took too much of my family time away. But if you are a stay at home mom you could do it during the day when the kids are napping or playing and then at night for a little while when they go to bed. Anyway, the site I worked for was LiveOps. You might like it but it just wasn't for me. Good luck on trying to find a job.

Have you tried Westathome.com? They are a customer service provider that hires phone people to work from home. It is only available in certain areas but I've heard good things about it. THe best work-from-home job I ever had was working for an adult entertainment phone line. The money was good, I mean, really good. I would do it now but my husband acts as though I would be cheating on him! Hey, I think that I will start a discussion on that topic. Anyway, I totally understand your criteria and if you ever find anything that does fit the bill for you, please fill the rest of us in, okay?

My cousin use to work from home with one of those "Adult Entertainment" programs. She made okay money and she never had to actually see the people. LOL!

I have thought about the adult acting but my husband feels the same as yours does. As far as any other call center from home that is hard cause I always have a child at home with me who tends to be very noisy.

"THe best work-from-home job I ever had was working for an adult entertainment phone line" I would be beyond willing to get into that sort of work but at this stage in my life I dont know that I could control myself and not laugh my a$$ off at my client LOL especially since I've had a first hand dealing with many like that when I was dancing ya know....but for me PERSONALLY any at home adult work would be prime...I'd even get back into Dom work again but not here at my house...Adult industry pays and pays well, no doubt about it, but its certainly NOT for everyone or their husbands/spouses etc ya know..You gotta have a SUPER strong relationship AND an even stronger stomache :-/

Hello, I found this site on your IMVU HP. I hate to ask, but is there anyway you could tell me which ones weren't scams? At this point in my life, just making $50 a month would be a big help. Thanks for any help you can give me. ~Aya~

Hi, I know this discussion is a little old, but I thought you might want to check out my profile for some programs that do pay and are free to join, and you can make up to $6000 a month with referrals. Good luck hope you make it good.

I understand your frustration about trying to find a legit job.You are right with a home based buisness you do have to invest but it does pay of when you make money for the effort that you put into it. Think about it you day that you were making blankets and wanted to see them. That is an investment. If you were successful in it you would be buying the material and advertsing what you do. So yes there are scams out there and if someone asks you to pay for some paper to be sent to you it is a scam. But if you are asked to invest a one time fee to start a business there is nothing wrong with that. I did it and I make a nice LEGIT amount of money it is nice to see my REAL check come in the mail for my work. You can look at my personal website through mylot profile if you are interested.

I found this site because of your HP at IMVU. I hate to ask you, but if you wouldn't mind, would you list the sites that aren't scams? I am very desperate to make a little money, at this time in my life I'd be thrilled with $50 a month. Any help would sure be appreciated. ~Aya~

I know your frustration. I have been looking for a work at home job that doesn't involve phones as I have two dogs. It's a full time job just looking for a work at home job. Have you tryed WAHM.com. Work at home moms website is a wealth of information. If you can type have you looked into general transcription? Good luck to you.

i don't think online money is a good way to support your expenditures. but you may join some affiliate progrma, like cj.com. if you are good at doing small business, that'll work/

Have you ever considered Family DayCare? Childcare from home is a great way to earn money while still being able to do the everyday things that you need to do around the house and you're always partially qualified to do it just by being a MOTHER! It is stacks of fun and really flexible. Childcare is definitely a REAL job.

Unfortunately though those jobs DO exist its not like they are readily available to just anyone..if they WERE everyone would be working at home ya know....I would take a look at what some of your skills are and some of your previous jobs were etc then look for work that way or create a job....but just finding a decent paying at home job that isnt a scam etc is goin to be next to impossible...it'd be too good of a set up for ppl to NOT be sitting at home workin ya know..
