I'm 23 years old and I will occasionally cry myself to sleep at night because I know that one day my world will come to an end. I know this may sound very depressing, but I just don't know how to make it stop. Sometimes it will get so bad that I have to turn the t.v. on to take my mind off of it. Usually the thoughts of me seeing my deceased loved ones again will sometimes do the trick, but other's I just can't help but wonder if this is really it for me and there is nothing else after I die. Have any of you ever had these thoughts?? What helps you get past them???

Racheld, wow that is so sad that you have to go through that! I really think you might need to talk to a doctor about this. You may have anxiety issues or maybe even something like obsessive-compulsive disorder. I wish you all the best with this and hope that you can find some peace of mind very soon!

Yeah, but I don't think the medicines will work. I think he really thinks of things but I advise that you be more closer to God and learn to trust in Him. No one really knows what the future will bring. Read my comment at number 8.

Do you we really need to go to the doctor? Has thinking really for the benefit of everyone a disease or something? You can never tell the reason why all things will come to an end. Why?

Hi racheld, I think it's terrible that you have to go through this. you are so young and you have a long life ahead of you. Maybe you should seek medical help. Blessings.

During summer time when school's out, me and my brother tend to sleep very late - 12 midnight or even later than that. The internet always keep me up. There's always something to do! My brother has an internet on his phone too so we find ourselves surfing the 'net even when the lights are already out. However, during school time, school works keep me up but I make it a point to sleep as early as possible as I need to wake up early the next day. I usually retire to bed by 12 or 12.30am.But one thing we both have in common is that even I am on the internet while the TV is on.

At last i found another person who thinks like me too... Im 18 years old and you might not believe me with what I say but its the truth. Did you know that I was sent to the hospital these past few weeks and to my shock, I was diagnosed of having no disease and was advised to see a psychiatrist instead? I know that I was not stupid of course but because of the many things that we think of (I think of) it affects my body and I suddenly can't breath. Yes I have thought that someday we will all end, and the thought of it makes me really sad and sometimes I have a hard time breathing. Its hard that everyone's always enjoying and always being happy without thinking about the future. I am a Filipino and I use a motorcycle going to school. The heat of the sun makes me dizzy unlike those past few years where the sun is not that hot. We might not be able to get out of our houses some day. You know those thoughts that you seem to be predicting the future but I try my best not to think about it anymore. It will just affect my health and I get dizzy asking questions about life. Well no one even knows those answers. But I learned a lot of things from
