Have You Ever Reunite with a Long-lost Friend before?

Yes, one of my best friends from High School paid an online service to get my e-mail address and caught up with me that way after we had not seen or heard from each other in 30 odd years. We picked things up right from where they had been left off. I guess really good friends remain friends forever, even if they have been separated.

Hello wondericequeen, Yes, I have but with my offline friend *smiles* I lost contact with my best friend after we finished our high school. She went to UK to further her studies and I studied in a local university here. We didn't keep in touch for almost 15 years. I met her back a few years ago and I felt so relief that I could invite her personally to my wedding *smiles*

I have so many friends from the past that I wanted to get in touch with again, I've been browsing the net and some sites hoping I could see thier names and where to contact them but to no avail. It's good to be reunited with someone you dearly so loved and missed like my old friends.

I am going to my 10 year high school reunion this coming Saturday so hopefully I will find some old friends there. But I did have ashort reunion with an old friend last winter. It only lasted for a few months but the things that needed to be said were said so that's all that mattered. We hadn't spoken in over 10 years but I finally got up the nerve to talk to him. He had gone through a painful experience and his life had suffered greatly because of it. I had also gone through a similar experience and felt that I was supposed to share that with him but knew I needed to wait until the right time. After a few months of casual conversations the moment presented itself. I poured it all out to him but I never heard anything back from him. Just when I was beginning to think I had done the wrong thing by sharing, I heard from a mutual friend that he had completely turned his life around and was back on the right path and trying to fix his mistakes. I have not spoken to him again since but it's alright. I know that our short reunion had a purpose and I am proud that I was able to fulfill it even though it was painful for me.

Yes, I do have a friend that I reunited with. My friend from elementary school. We did everything together. Even though he was a boy, my mother would let him stay the night and we used to have a blast! We lost contact with each other because I moved so many times and as a teen, but I found him on myspace and we have been catching up ever since!

Yes,I have.She is my classmate when I was in my first primary school.We lost touch with eath after I left for the other school.Then we reunited when we are in the same college.She was junior while I was senior becaus she had spent one year at home for some personal reason.We were so happy to see each other again.Unfortunately we lost touch once more when I graduated from my college.I wish we can reunite again.

Well, i was recently reunited with a friend whom i haven't seen for like 15 years. I felt quite ashamed because i did not recognized him since he changed a lot. He was the first one to call me and he even had to like tell me things that we did in highschool before he told me who he was... I was so very happy to see him and we even exchanged numbers to keep in touch...

ok . i met a friend after a long time. it was heart rending to know how each other can shre thier life with each other.makes a lot of sense and cannot get ity out of my mind even today
