My kids eat plenty of vegetables,legumes and fruit 1. Drink plenty of water 2. Care your food, prepare and store it safely. 3. Maintain healthy body weight by being physicaly active and eating according to your energy needs. 4. Choose low fat foods. 5. Enjoy a wide variety of nutrition foods.

I have been stressing the issue in my family regarding "Eating According to your Blood-Type" and DEFINITELY remove all white, refined, processed sugar so that you can really keep those flushed piunds, OFF !!!
