Do you mean globally? There's a wide variance in your questions. For instance, "never get anything new" isn't on the same level as "don't have clean drinking water." Children don't have to have new things to be healthy, loved and content. They do need clean drinking water to be healthy. A daily bath isn't a necessity, even for health's sake. Until the middle of the 20th century, most people did not bathe daily. It's become an modern ritual. Orphans and abandoned children are common in some places and my heart goes out to them. Have you tried to find them, or contribute to those who do?
