How can a person knows that she is already OBESE ????

A lot of times we fail to distinguished a person, there are some that are thin but already obese.. What do you think me too.. im confuse

Most people in the US are obese. People you wouldn't think look obese are probably obese by the literal deffinition of the word.

sometimes obesity is not only in the physical appearance sometimes people are obese even though they do not look like obese

gee you have confused me too, I don't know how a thin person can be obese, I don't know at what point people are considered obese after all everyone is different...

some people that I meet are not that large in size physical but they are considered obese

I heard on the radio the other day that it is determined by the amount of body fat a person has. For example, they said a five foot four woman would be considered obese at around 175 pounds. Between 140 and that they are overweight.
