Yup thats right we definitely have to asked the name of the person..but sometimes if we are shy we could not possible asked it hahaha!!!

I think we ask a person's name so we will know how to address them properly. "Hey you" seems a bit rude don't you think? My using a person's name we show that they are important to us, that we value them as an individual.
