Do you believe in the Power of VISUALIZING your dreams?

I am firm believer that visualizing the things you wish to achieve, and or have in your life, do bring these in way easier than when you don't visualize. This is not so easy for everyone however, as some are able to "visualize" while others are more good with sounds, and achieve the same when being able to "hear" the surroundings of what they wanted to achieve. How many among the MyLotters do visualize their goals, and achievements? And what did you follow to get where you are? A certain program, a guru, a book?

Sounds like you're an advocate of The Secret and the Law Of Attraction. I've actually have known these principles all my life but never really went full steam ahead with it, until now that is, thanks to being reintroduced to it because of both the book and DVD of The Secret For years I've done what are known as vision boards or "treasure maps"===that is I cut out images of the things I want to achieve in my life or attain...like that dream home, car, etc...For years, and this was prior to my getting a computer I used to have images of computers on my vision board...well, yup now I have one..LOL I also do "goals" boards as well...I have in a big circle the words of what goal I what to achieve--then have smaller circles listed the steps necessary to attain that goal..it's amazing hhow when you have something in front of you..an "image" or chart of what you want to get accomplished, how it DOES get accomplished! I have tons of books I'm still reading about the law of attraction and visualizing--the classic Creative Visualiztion by Shakti Gawain, The Secret, Secret of The Ages, Your Invisible Power, The Success Principles, and so forth...to many to name!

Thanks Pyewacket for your excellent answer in here ;) And yeah, I didn't want to start naming the books and works I have been reading along the way, but we are on exactly the same line here ;) I only have the DVD and not the book of The Secret, didn't find it necessary to also get the book, as for the rest: Tony Robbins, John Harricharan (whom I know personally and have all his books), Shakti Gawain's, Joe Vitale, and many many more, so let's continue on with our quest for being able to materialize all of our desires dear friend, and without loosing the focus, which has been the biggest hurdle for me until now, getting bored when itgets too long etc...touch hey? And have a great weekend ;)

Thanks Michal, I have been doing it for awhile now with some success. For me it works like this: 1. Know exactly what you want to achieve or have 2. Focus on it (look at a picture of it usually helps a lot) and meditating while visualizing it too 3. Take action, do something, listen to your hinches 4. The results start to show up This is how I have been doing it, and the times that it didn't work wa sbecause I lost the focus, so if you don't do any of the things that i described above - it doesn't work ;) at least for me, and this is why I wanted to hear more from others here.

Many years ago, when my first husband was very ill, he used visualizing techniques. We were both trained in it. I do believe visializiung can work, although I don't practise it now.

Hi Jennybianca, how come don't you use it no more? Isn't it faciltating your life, the more you have been trained in it so for you it must be so easy, to manifest all your needs ;) Have a great weekend my friend!

I do believe in the power of visualizing our dreams. It's the best way of looking to our life and what we want it to be. To achieve this, a person needs a lot of guts and actions. Nohing will happen if we just sit their and do nothing. For me dreams are present because it wants us to know that things maybe possible if only we want it to be
