I had always assumed that the mediterranean diet was healthy. I think particularly the emphasis on olive oil, tomatoes & salads. I have seen the Titanic movie a few times. I always find it verey emotional. I just cant believe that so many people who could have been rescued were not. Or that a ship nearby did not come to the rescue more quickly.

My favourite part of the chicken is definitely the breast, with no skin. The breast is very low fatand succulent. I eat chicken breast a lot. I love it. Sometimes I stuff chicken breast with leeks, garlic and cheese. Other times I bake it with a topping of advocado and tomoato. Or I might just have it grilled with chicken gravy on it. Yummy!

This is a really intersting question. I didnt know about the interest rankings. I have 3 equal interests, at 17. They are people, life & mY LOt. I have only been back on mY Lot for 4 days, after at least a one year break, so I suspect my ranking ios not reliable yet, especially the My Lot interest.

Generally I would agree with the notion that if we eat a healthy diet, there is no need for extra vitamins. I only take fish oil capsules, because I get very little essential oemga 3 in my diet. My 16 year old daughter is a vegan. She is not a particualy gopod vegan in that she doesnt eat a wide range of vegetables, salds & beans/ lentils. Thus she needs vitamins. Algae can be cleaned without draining the pool, but it is a very big job. Yes, I have a local pool store.
