sleeping with us every night. She climbs in between us and squeals if we roll on her. Her sister cat likes to sleep by my husbands head,he isnt that impressed. So we spend half the night moving the cats so we can sleep. Anyone else have this kind of problem? Oh yea we are renovating our house we have no bedroom door so we cant just shut them out.

Just 2 cats, & your complaining? I regularly sleep with at LEAST 4, often more like 6 cats. The other night I was sitting up reading & I had 11 cats in bed with me, I actually had to kick a few out so I could streach out. And since it's summer, they really don't want to cuddle too much, I generally only have 1 on top of me.

I cant imagine having 11 cats in my bed. My husband has already said no more kittens. So I guess 3 is all I'll ever have to share with.

I have also have 2 kittens they are 4 months now.The runt has to fall asleep licking my arms or she cries.Everytime I move she starts licking again. Her sister cuddles with me mostley as hubby always moves her to my side. And our pitbull/dalmation usually sleeps between my legs. When we go into the bedroom they all follow. My husband calls it a problem. As for me I can't sleep until they are all safe in my bed.Well at least they don't follow you to the bathroom.Mine go in with me to worship the toilet god. They like to see the water go down the hole.I can't even go to the bathroom without hearing crying at the door.

When I got my last cat he was not quite 6 weeks old. I had put him in a small box with a little litter pan and set him in the closet. I had planned on him to sleep in there all night, but he started mewing his little mews. Those little cries about broke my heart and I caved in to my kitten's needs. I picked him up out of the box and I laid back down in bed. He curled up under my neck and went to sleep. And he stayed asleep all night. I did this during his kittenhood and he turned into the sweetest most loving cat I ever had. I don't doubt the sleeping arrangement had something to do with it. :P So I ask you, why stop making your kitten sleep on your bed with you? Maybe you can do what I did and let your kitten sleep ontop of you under your chin. Just be careful not to roll over! :P LOL

Its really difficult to make a cat do something she doesnt want to do.They are damn stubborn and if she does want to sleep in your bed your only way out is to shut her out.And dont worry about squishing your cat, they know enough to take care of themselves.
