Chinese Army Hacking US and German Military Computers

and who knows how many other countries computers. I am not joking. The Chinese Army has been hacking into military computers around the world. They have gotten into the Pentagon's computers and they had to be shot down for a week as a result. They got into several different agencies computers in Germany. There is no telling how many other systems they have infiltrated in other countries. Other countries may not have detected them yet OR may not be willing to admit that it happened. What do you think? Is this a problem? How should it be addressed? Should we do the same thing to them? Are we doing the same thing to them?
