My daughter qualified for State Championships in Swimming!

My daughter participated in a big swimming carnival today. No medals. BUT, she made a qualifying time to participate the State Championships in January. This is a very big event, with other States, Japan & other countries participating.
She got this in backstoke, for which she came fouth in, only just missing out on a medal.
In 100m freestyle, she got a personasl best time.
An exciting day.
Thats why I couldn't do anything on My Lot today.

I know it has been a few days, but congratulations to your girl on her qualifying time. When is the big day. I guess you are excused for not myLotting on a day when your daughter is competing.

The State Championships are in late Jan, & early March. It is a bit of a nuisance that they aren't all at the same time. Most of Biancas events will be in early March.

Well like I said in another discussion of yours about her,

It's going to be very hard to make the Olympics, particularly as she wants to go to University to train to be a vet.

Thank you. She wants to improve more for the State Championships, but this will require a great deal of training.
