important invention

what do you think is the most important invention man has ever done, what is the think, in your oppinion, we still use in our modern life. do you know it, then send me your answers

I would say that there are two very important inventions - the wheel and the lever. both are simple machines that are so indispensible. with the wheel you also have to include gear works - such as in your watch... and water wheals that operate a grist mill or paddle boat. Or windmills that generate electrical power. and of course the lever which can help us get leverage for so many uses!

I think the greated invention has been the wheel. Most every thing runs on wheels or has wheels in them. If it were not for the wheel we would still be living in caves because we would not want to carry every thing around on our backs. Wagons used the first wheels. Clocks have wheels in then our first electricity was made by using the wheel as ids much of it is today. So I think the wheel has to be the greatest invention.

well, i guess it is the electricity. If is not invented, we cannot use any inventions in any generations at all.. :D
