What's One Thing Your Partner Does That You Can't Stand?

Nobody is perfect, you know. But I really can't stand it when my husband shouts when we just have regular conversation...then he would just deny that he is mad when confronted. When tired of just keeping it on my emotional luggage, I simply laugh it out realizing how funny when your husband is stupid sometimes...or oftentimes....?

My biggest annoyance from my other half is when he doesn't listen! Men have a habit of doing that don't they ;-p You know the one when they pretend to be listening to you and you have a really important conversation, then a little while later they forget you ever mentioned it! xxx

I have been married for 31 years now and most of the stuff that my wife does that used to irritate me no longer bothers me. I guess I just got used to things or because I love her I just overlook things or they just don't seem to be that much of an irritation any longer. So nothing that my wife does bothers me anymore.

I'd have to say that being constantly interrupted for silly stuff while I am trying to study, read or get some work done is my pet peeve. Sometimes I just say "reading," "studying," or "working" and that does the trick, sometimes I get fed up after the 4th or 5th time and snap. Most the time I just know it could be worse. At least we get along and he's supportive of my work and studies.

When he doesn't pick up after himself and leaves his stuff lying around the place. Most of the time they end up in a spare box in the room when I clean up. It's his bad luck if he can't find anything!

One of the many things is when I do something intellient or buy something that was a good deal or thought of something that turned out to be a good move hubby takes the credit, all of a sudden it was him that came up with the great idea or him that spent the money on the item. Many times I've called him on it by saying "What's this I did ??? stuff ?" He doesn't appreciate that a lot. Take care my friend.

I can't stand my husband's snoring! It drives me round the bend. I shout at him or punch him and he is quiet for two seconds, and then starts again. Arghhh! I can't wake him to tell him to go sleep in the spare room, so I usually end up going there in order to get some sleep.

haha...uhm, probably, the thing that irritates me most about my boyfriend, is when his late. Like when we meet somewhere, Im always the first one to arrive...

Hi ChrisRock619, at times what irritates me in my partner is his constant joking around :) he is unable to be serious and makes a joke of mostly everything :) You see, i am the serious thinker at home, and at times I Need an opinion of his, but the 1st thing I get to hear from him is his next joke, and this at times pisses me off. Mostly it doesn't but when ineed a serious and well thought over answer I am snapping at him to grow up :) LOL, but I usually smile at him, or burst into a laugh. So all in all, not that big of an annoyance. Other than that there is nothing that i can't stand in him, and i am blessed with the perfect partner for me :)
